Having been a resident of Bryan/College Station for 25+ years and three years successfully experiencing other Texas real estate markets, Annette has returned to the Brazos Valley to be closer to her children and grandchildren.

Annette’s desire for continual education and travel helped develop a 13+ year career from several aspects of the real estate industry. This includes commercial and residential buyer, seller, and absentee owner representation; residential real estate appraiser trainee; residential, commercial and vacation property management; designated and independent Texas Licensed Real Estate Broker, all of which create a strong foundation for the position of business development representative. She brings experience and understanding from all sides of the real estate transaction.
